The pages listed below show what parts need to be removed from the donor Subaru. Where possible they are based on the strip down and write up of the exact model of Subaru, although many details may also be relevant to many other models / years / engine capacities, etc. Unless mentioned otherwise, all details are based on UK spec right hand drive (RHD) specification Subaru’s. The intention is to come up with such a guide for each of the common donor Subaru engine models in at least one of it’s applications.
Where the engine is known to be common to different models of Subaru (such as Impreza and Legacy), the guide will say so.
